Job Overview
Onity is looking for Junior Database Engineers with knowledge of Oracle databases and cloud technologies to join its 24×7 operations team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a career in:

The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting Oracle databases running on Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Oracle database software.
- Manage Oracle databases on Oracle Cloud.
- Build standalone and clustered databases.
- Perform backup and recovery using RMAN.
- Configure and maintain Oracle RAC environments.
- Implement Oracle Grid Infrastructure and ASM.
- Setup and manage Oracle Data Guard.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
- Perform database cloning and duplication.
- Monitor database performance and system health.
- Optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Maintain database security by managing users, roles, and privileges.
- Perform patch management and version upgrades.
