Job Summary

What a Typical Day Looks Like
As a Junior Engineer – MPDM, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Part Creation and BOM Management: Creating part numbers for Bill of Materials (BOM) in Agile PLM and Baan ERP systems.
- Vendor List Management: Creating and maintaining Approved Vendor List (AVL) in Agile & Baan systems.

- Collaboration: Studying ECOs/drawings closely and coordinating with site Process/ Product Engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborating with engineering and materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
- Customer Interaction: Responding to queries from business partners and customers regarding ECOs.
- Process Adherence: Ensuring compliance with process metrics and targets.
- Leadership and People Management: Supporting teams with coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution when required.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
Educational Qualifications
- B.E. in EEE/ECE or M.Sc. in Physics/Electronic Communication Systems (ECS).
Experience Level
- 0–2 years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the EMS industry.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience in:
- NPI (New Product Introduction)
- ECO (Engineering Change Order Management)
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
- Practical knowledge of PLM software linked to ECO processes.
- Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
