Job Role: Manufacturing Trainee (Support Level)
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Trainee role is a support-level position focused on completing structured on-the-job training while assisting with general manufacturing tasks. The primary objective is to prepare the trainee for a successful transition into a permanent manufacturing support role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Trainee, you will:
- Participate in on-the-job training programs
- Learn and perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors and trainers
