Role Overview – IT Global Services Associate

As an IT Global Services Associate, you will report directly to the Director, IT and act as a Level 1 IT support professional. Your responsibilities will span across:

  • Infrastructure support

  • IT helpdesk operations

  • Client operations

  • Security Operations Center (SOC) support

This role provides exposure to real-world enterprise IT systems and global incident management processes.


Key Responsibilities & Daily Activities

1. Level 1 IT Support (Core Responsibility)

You will provide first-level technical support across infrastructure, applications, security, and client environments. This includes identifying issues, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents where possible.

2. Global IT Helpdesk Operations

Act as a centralized IT helpdesk for global users, managing tickets, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely closure of incidents.

3. Incident Management & Troubleshooting

Handle system issues related to servers, applications, networks, and user access, escalating complex cases when required.

4. System Installation & Configuration

Perform basic installations, configurations, and system health checks to ensure stability and performance.
