Role Overview – What You’ll Do

As a Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Linux-based systems within Vodafone’s data centre operations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and resolving Linux hardware and operating system issues

• Managing server incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines

• Supporting Linux infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and migration activities

• Performing root cause analysis for critical issues

• Working closely with teams, vendors, and international stakeholders

• Participating in 24×7 on-call rotations to ensure system availability
