Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will report to an engineering leader and work on assignments related to industrial software projects and engineering initiatives.
Each trainee will receive guidance from an experienced mentor and will collaborate closely with both Emerson mentors and academic mentors throughout the internship period.
The role combines technical learning, project execution, software exposure, and industrial engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Undergoing technical training on Industrial Software CoE products and technologies.
- Completing self-paced computer-based training modules.
- Assisting mentors in project activities and engineering initiatives.
- Working on assigned technical tasks and documenting progress.
- Reporting project updates regularly to mentors.
- Collaborating with academic mentors to complete educational requirements.
- Preparing project reports and documentation at the end of the internship.

Eligibility Criteria
